Prime Plus Investments, LLC (PPI) was started in 2005 by Kyle Pridy and David Rowland. PPI now owns and manages over 106 rental units at 5 different locations in and around the Poplar Bluff area. We pride ourselves on treating all our customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve. PPI ensures all units are thoroughly cleaned and presentable prior to move-in. PPI has on staff a full time maintenance professional to handle any issue that may arise at any hour of the day.
